Since its foundation in 2000 Topsy South Africa has helped transform the lives of thousands of children, families, and individuals in Mpumalanga’s forgotten rural areas.
Fundamental to Topsy’s values is supporting people to be independent and the goal of working in partnership with local communities to support self-sufficiency, food security, childhood and community development, and health.
